Playing basketball is a chance to find a space were you can forget your problems, and you only think in the game and on wining it. Is important to know that this sport is very demanding, you have to be a disciplined person, and someone dedicated to the trainings.
When you are playing in the stadium you have to control yourself, because the pressure of the audience can cause you a bad development in the game, the best way to control this situations is forgetting that there is an audience looking at you and you also have to try to do the things as best as you can.
My experience has taught me that when I enter to the field, I’m inside of a crystal ball, and that helps me so I can concentrate on the game, that I can make and effort to catch the ball and dunk all the baskets underneath the hoop. I like to play basketball since I was a child, for me is better than soccer, than baseball, is the best of all the games; so which is your favorite sport? and what do you think about basketball? I think that basketball is, in all likelihood, the least violent of all the ball games, thanks to governing it some very strict regulations and that, fortunately for the game itself, are met.
Alfredo: You know very well that I played basketball for a long time, and was one of my favorite sports, but my favorite sport of all life is football. When practicing basketball or football I forgot all the problems and clear the mind, emotions felt very pleasant and the time I was in great physical condition, which reflected an excellent state of health. The most important thing is that basketball helps you have better reflexes, better skills, better physical condition, better teamwork, to stay in shape, better coordination, better skill with the hands, to think faster, and so on. It is one of the most comprehensive sports and to use all parts of your body and helps you develop and better.
