Most people think that university students must assist to the classes but, is this statement really necessary? To educate people is important but giving them freedom for their choices is important to. Do you think that making students go to class would make them learn? Or do you think that they would improve better? I think that not, is someone wants to learn it is their choice, so students should assist to classes when they like to or when they really think is necessary to assist.
Some people may say that making the assistance to class obligatory would create a good habit in the students life, but think… we are talking about university students! We are not talking about school children who need a role model or an example to follow who would teach them some behavior rules.
In the case of university students, they are all adults or they are almost adults, they should have their own capacity of deciding what is the best for them or what should they do or not.
If they do not go to classes they know that they will not learn and probably they would lose the subject or maybe the whole semester, that is their choice! But there are other cases; some students say that they learn in a better way by themselves than in a classroom with a teacher explanation or maybe the teacher is explaining something that a student already knows. So, what are those students doing in a classroom? Do not you think that this is no more than a really waste of time for them? I think that it really is.
As a consequence of making the assistance to classes compulsory, some students would be bored in class because maybe they already know something the teacher is explaining or maybe other students will not learn because they are not in the class because they want or they like to, they are going to be there because it is obligatory.
In conclusion, I think that is not necessary to make the assistance to class obligatory. Even if the most of the students in a classroom do not go, it is their problem if they do not want to learn, because it is all in their free will. So, it should be your decision if you want to go to class or you do not want to, it is up to you if you want to learn and become a professional or if you want to be a vague the rest of your life.

Work is only About the Money

It’s important live without money, that is why is difficult to live without work, because that work will provide money necessary to live, to supply needs and others aspects that we can have, but this is the only reason for people to work? Maybe is one of the factors to make people go out for a job. This topic is very common and is indispensable make conclusions about that.
To begin with, we can say that when a person works, he usually talks, meet, interactive and cooperate with others. At this point, working can help in many aspects, it can help people win respect, friends and sometimes we can become a supporter of someone. Following this order of ideas you can learn many things for you life experience, knowledge, also it could helps to self-expression, and the list of benefits that can provide is too long. Think about it!
Secondly, who want stay in home all day like a mushroom? It’s difficult stay in home with a lot of things to do, for people is great feel good, for example, if you are a student like me, your primary job should be the study, who doesn’t fell so good when don’t have nothing to worry when de labor is accomplished? It’s feeling good, and this is a reason for to do something to feel good with ourselves.
In other side, we keep talking about insurance, house, needs, cars, etc, and always we want more of what we can buy, so we can assume that without money is impossible to take a normal life. Also I can ask something, who doesn’t want a house? Or a car? All these can be possible only with money, and work provides it. Is for this that to replace the different needs in our daily life is necessary to have a predetermined work.
To conclude I can say that there is very relative the philosophy of persons take the labor of the work, since it depends on many factors determined by every one, and viewpoint of them. In what it is necessary to do emphasis it s in the way of working then it’s correct to affirm that it is necessary to work to live but to be incorrect to say that it is necessary to live to work.

Life is not about finding yourself, life is about creating yourself and as long as you create yourself, you are creating an image and a behavior that everyone around you is able to see and perceive. We are always creating our behaviors according to the values that have been taught to us, according to the day-a-day experiences and always related to the people we are used to be with. On the other hand we are creating an image tied to the fashion we are watching on tv, tied to the clothes that are always on the runway or tied to what is in and avoiding what is out.
Nowadays, people are forgetting the importance of creating an original personality but are focus on a personality based on what they are wearing and about the feeling they can express with the clothes they wear. As long as they do this, people around might make a statement about them, just watching their appearance. That is why the society is used to judge a person by external appearances.
When we meet someone for the first time, we are always making a judgment about them, without a word and just a look from the bottom to the top we can know if we are interested or not on meeting that person. After we take a look we start analyzing the way that person is: small, tall, the color of the skin, the eyes, the smile and the body. The last thing we see is the personality, how they behave or express or even feel.
A great example would be when we are in love because when we see that person we know we are interested on them, we start going out and begin to patch things up. During a week knowing eachother we realize we are very different and at this step we see we should have know eachother carefuly before starting a relationship. That happens because we are too focus on the appearance and we are not aware of what really matters: The inside, what we cannot see. The beuty with the time is gone and all what is left are wrinkles, scars, marks of the pass of the years.
When we meet a person whose appearance is beutiful and then we meet the way they are and express and we find them mean, selfish, rude people then we are not going to see them as a beautiful person but as an ugly one. On the contrary when we meet an “ugly person” and you get close to him or her you may find them kind, loving and caring, at this point you are not going to see them as an ugly person but as a beautiful one.
Sometimes we are too focus on the appearance that we forget to show others what we really are and when other finally meet us they may like the way we are or they may stop being around us.
In contrast it is said that the appearance is important and is a key for people to judge the way we are. To illustrate, when we are at a job intreview, the interviewers are not just studying your C.V. but are also studying the way we are dressed. As a result the job is going to be given to someone whose C .V. and presentation goes according to what the Enterprise requires.
In fact, the appearance can also be a help for us to describe people and to pretend to know how they are. Apperance is also an open door before meeting a person. Actually the world is full of appearances but that does not mean we are going to believe in everything we see but we have to be aware of every detail that is around us.
Therefore we should not go around the way the world goes around and as long as we do not judge people by external appearances we are going to be able to know different kinds of culture, thoughts, behaviors and personal styles.

LEARNING ABOUT THE PAST HAVE NOT VALUE FOR THOSE OF US LIVING IN THE PRESENT?
In this day we living in a world with constant change. Now we can believe, said, act, in other words be yourself, because we are "free" to do what ever you want. In the past we do not have that freedom to do that, all our ancestors have contributed to construct a better place for us.
They spent all their life to accumulate informatons to build knowledgeand treaty to explanin all the situacions that the world have suffer and also researched and mede importants things for simplify the survival.
Why is so important to learn and know the things of past?, that cuestion make think about learn and anlyze what all the history is behind us and value this, for not commit the sames mistakes that our ancestor commit. The past is a base of the present, and both are the base of the future, if we wanna live better and created a new things, we have to stared for the beginning.
The past is the most important thing in human development. For example, Alexander Graham Bell invent the telephone. If he do not have the idea for construct some machine for comunicate with other, we cannot have the celular phone. If all the companies or some innovator do not know the importance of all the things about the development of the telephone, now we do not know the meaning of the cell phone for comunication.
For many, the past is instersting. How those people could collet that information and create excellent argument for different topic to illustrate the life, the science,values, policts, and more; that only they help us to make new ideas, beliefs and fellings but also be a whole person.
Unlike somes belief that the world that we live in this day , we build oursel every day; they think that the past only recallls us all the mistake and bad things that occurs in the past, for example, The Global World I and II, the atomic bom, the holocaust and many things. Maybe this some onforgiven mistakes because a lot of people died and also a lot of destroyed cities.
Knowlodge is so important to know for every body, but some people do not like to read the history that we have in books, I think is so interesting and that make you to understand the world and the human being and I know , some books and resurces show the knoledge in a complexive way and a lot of people in this day, liked to learn and know in a easy way.
Finally, every one can learn and know about the past ans show some value in they is on way, because for the past we are the persons that we are today. The past enrich our life and shows that peoples can be brave and face the difficulty and go on whith our life. Should vacation be prohibited?
Some people think that vacation should be prohibited for students and workers. Some others totally disagree with this idea, because they consider this time as an essential thing in anyone’s life. I consider vacation as a treasure, not only for the funny moments but also for the relaxing ones. So, should this time be removed from our lives?
Vacation is very important for our health and calmness. After working or studying a lot, it is necessary a time to be relaxed, to go out and to enjoy the world. Also your mind needs to take a breath in order to work better and learn faster. For example, when you study many hours for an exam, after a while you will feel tired and sometimes you will not understand what you are doing.
In Japan, people do not have any time to stop working, so there is the biggest percentage of suicide. Japanese are getting a lot of psychological problems because of not having relaxing time. They consider job and school as the most important things in life, but they are not. Health is much more essential, because if you are sick your body and mind will not work as well as they do when you are healthy. A successful man should combine health, calmness, a good job and family. When you spend all your time in working you will lose precious time with your friends and family.
Sometimes, when people give too much importance to vacation they can become a little addicted to it. They will become lazy and will prefer to be relaxed in the house doing nothing than studying to be someone in life. These are some reasons why many people think that life without vacation would be better. Taking Japan as an example, again, in this country an average school student knows what a university student in other countries does. It is amazing how dedicated Japanese are. They do not take breaks, they spend all their time in working, studying or investigating new things. Japanese are good at any subject: mathematics, physics, chemistry, literature, etc. and this is why they have such a great development. They always try to invent and get new ideas that will make our life better.
In conclusion, killing yourself by studying or working without breaks is unacceptable! It is not logical to think of development or success before your health. In any aspect of life we need to have a balance, that is why we should work as hard as possible during a period of time and then just take a time to take a breath, to sleep a little, to have fun with your friends and family and to let your mind and body be calm and not pressed by all the problems from job or studies. Give yourself a gift at least once a month, a day to be relaxed and to laugh for a while. Vacation is important for your life!

Who is the better, a careful planning person or a risked person?
The business world is conformed by to kinds of people: careful planning person and a person who likes the risks. There is a question that has being going around our minds for a long time. The business world is a scale that never stop, it is always changing, first it can give everything you want, and then it take all away from your hands, that means, the people who decide to face the business world have to be aware of the possible consequences it carry on. That is, there is a specific kind of person who can handle the weight of a risk, a wise and clever human is the only who should face such a situation.
Material consequences are not the only things people get after taking a risk, it is connected to a chain of disaster, psychological and psychical consequences take place as well.
Some of the psychological problems that can affect a business man are:
• stress because of the fear of losing what you have risked
• depress might appear after falling a risked deal
• irritable is a common sign of the bad state of the person
• And the worst of them all, the suicide desire of the person, because there is no reason to live if he/she has lost every single material they had.
Right after the psychological problems show up, the physical reactions fallow them, because it is know that the mind control the body, so, if the mind have the troubles that have been mentioned, the body will suffer the same fate, the physical diseases that usually appear on a person with a weak mind.
• unable to sleep is a of the first sings that take place
• the usual grade of energy disappear
• the muscle get soft and weak
• and the person’s life get more short than usual
So why business people have to take risk sometimes when they are aware of the danger they are exposing to, the reason is, “if you to get more you have to risk all”, it is like the ultimate rule of the business empire, it means that the principal reason of taking risks is the money, risks are the best way to get amounts of money that a person have ever image.
Beside the goal of getting more money, there is another reason to take risks, to get a bit of excitement and make a change to the normal routine, but everything cannot be fun, there is another point of view that have to be anailze before decide to take a chance or no, this might save the lifes of many people who are about to make the bigest mistake of their life and avoid that they end up losing way more than money, their lifes. This point of view is the medical one:
Medical reasons play an important role when this kind of decision has to be taken. Every person can take risks, but it does not mean that everybody were made to take them. Doctors have prove that people with diseases like heart problems - stress disease – etc, cannot take risk because their health state will not allow their bodies to bear such a load.
In the end the amount of people who suit a careful planning person is greater than the people who can handle the wild world of risks/chances, but being careful planning is not bad at all, it bring safer result than the risks, everyone can handle the thin weight it give to the business and the health status can be handle because the stress is smaller than when you take a risk.
In conclusion when it come to face the business world it is better to be a careful planning person, it does not mean that risk are completely bad, they can be taken in specifics circumstances, like to get fun or excitement, but it is recommended to be small risks to reduce to disease grade and their consequences. And besides the risks are well know as the key to a great and different future. In the end it cannot be tell which one is the best (carful planning or chances, each side has its arguments in favor and against them, only the circumstances can make the difference between them and choose the one that suits the best to the situation.

POSTMODERNITY MANIPULATE YOUNG PEOPLE

All changes in the epochs of the history of humanity have had repercussions in cultures and individual conceptions of the live in the world. But this new epoch called post modernity has being recognized because of its influence in youth that are one of the most important actors of the new information society. That’s why post modernity manipulates young people.
In post modernity there has been many rapid changes that do not give people time to assimilate and analyze new knowledge; to take decisions about how to use that new information. That is a reason why young people only follow new trends without a real conviction to go behind them.
There was a situation in Spain about a boy who attacked to a foreigner in a bus. News said that he was in a difficult economical situation and he had a job interview but he was not given the job, because it was given to a foreigner like the one in the bus.
Those events happen in the context of post modernity when the world is invaded with more and more publicity and advertising that have introduced conceptions like “only now is important”. Advertisers use feelings of people and new movements like fashion; genres of music like pop, punk, reggeton; urban cultures like punks, emos, nazis, rappers, gangsters for implying the young to those conceptions.
A philosopher said that those who do not know their past could make the same mistakes in present. That is why the conception of now, the past and the future is important for humanity’s development. But sometimes that development is not assimilated and the use of the knowledge that it produces, is dangerous for humanity.
Humanity has been aware of their freedom since ancient Greece. That consciousness has made them develop politically, economically and socially every time faster and faster. Now we can see the conception of that freedom in the globalization and technological advances, those are the higher levels of humanity evolution, but those have caused as many changes as problems in the same society that create them.
Good changes in the world movement and in all its aspects like Human Rights, minorities’ fights and rights, different types of government, plurality and the acceptance of the humanity of everybody. But the negative influence have more local consequences in the young because they live in a information society that manipulates as many information as we cannot imagine and there have no filters, so if they cannot select the most important and clear information, things like lose of cultural traditions; the individualism higher and higher; lose of values like love, solidarism, tolerance, respect etc could occur. That could happen because the higher technological evolution the more young people feel lonely, due to lack of guidance.
Those new concepts were created in post modernity and they are part of it, but all of them are more complicated than they look. Without a clear knowledge about all new information, culture could have many problems and maybe collapse and disappear. This is a very extreme consequence, although we are about to reach it. Young people must know how to select information, use it, reflect about it, because they are the most vulnerable population and in their hands lays the future of humanity.
What is important for the good development of a company?
It is clear; this world in that you and me live, it is a world in a continuous change. Each second, each minute, each hour, something has changed; a new child was born and other person died, a new project of construction is approved and one thousand or more of banking transactions was done in the different banks that exist.
Decisively, the business world changes a lot of every second. The companies in the search of be the best in the market, wants to be more competent. And in this moment shoot up the question, what is important for the good development of a company?. You can answer to this question with the expression: “that depends of the kind of the company!, if is the production of shoes, the production of clothes or if it is the service like a bank”. Well, maybe yes, but there things that decisively are important for a company.
Clients:
In fact an enterprise without clients is not nothing, work if you do not have to whom you can sell the production or service, it makes no sense!.
The creation of a company is due a necessity, somebody to whom can you sell is of vital importance.
Human Resources:
Identifying good people for work in the company is an important aspect. They must be responsible, hard working, dedicate and respectful, because if the employees do not have this qualities, this could be bring problems, like incomplete activities, bad environment in the place of the job, indiscipline between others things that finally contribute to an organizational disarray.
Increase the productivity:
Because the productivity is an index that is synonymous of resources optimization. Determinate the efficiency of a company in the utilization of resources.
To illustrate that, we analyze the situation: if we increase the production and work with the same resources or if decrease the cost of the resources and we have the same production or in the best of the cases, we increase the production and at the same time, decrease the cost of the resources that the company needs for the job.
Material Resources and Suppliers:
If you do not have the material essential, the company cannot works; this needs the raw material for start the process.
Communication:
This is a key in the process!. Usually you might that is not true, you could say: the communication is not very important for a company, but this affirmation is a big lie.
Alack of this aspect or even worse communication can create misunderstandings, therefore a bad operation of the system and a feeling of frustration in the employees. Besides, this is a decrease in the productivity.
To summarize there several thing that is important for the development of a company, even all is important! But in different levels, for example I could say than clients are more important than have an excellent edification for the company, because if they do not exist the company cannot work.

Now a days, make a personal or business or familiar decision necessarily you need an opinion to support these decisions or to choose the best decision to solve a specific problem. For that you can use a variety of methods or process like the decision matrix process, a list of solutions, or an expert opinion help. The fist process have benefits like understand how and why you choose an option, evaluate each one on it is own merit without comparing it to other options, use the logic.
Important decisions can be make with a variety of processes like do a list of pros and cons. However other people think that is a bad method, because when you take the time to make list of the cons for each option, you make a list of the things you do not want for the option you end up choosing. Staying focused on the benefits of each option seems like a smarter decision to solve the problem.
The individual decisions making is a relevant part of the organizational behavior. As well as the people take decisions, must worry for the quality of the same ones, which meet influenced with many frequency for their own perceptions. For that you can use a variety of methods or process like the decision matrix process, a list of solutions, or an expert opinion help. The fist process have benefits like understand how and why you choose an option, evaluate each one on it is own merit without comparing it to other options, use the logic.
Important decisions can be make with a variety of processes like do a list of pros and cons. In this century the students do not have a good use of technology because they only use this for entertainment and that can be a negative influence for their behavior.
Usually students when go out of classes go to their houses and listen to music, watch TV or surf in internet, their use a lot of their time in things like that. All this is a good form of entertainment and communication because with the internet you can talk and contact with a person in other city, country or continent.
In the last century the majority of students search their homework in books. Those books have reliable information about some topic. That is a big difference about the form of learns between the past century and this century. In our time that is easy and a student can learn more quickly.

A GOOD BOSS IN A COMPANY
Nowadays, it is very important for a company has excellent supervisors that help to increase the productivity and the quality of the Organization. Besides, it is fundamental for a company has good workers that make great products and offer good services to people, because these are the support to maintain the Organization in the market. For this reason, it is essential for a big or a small company has a responsible, reliable and kind supervisors and bosses that create a good atmosphere in workplaces.
When a company has a good boss, it is probably that exist a perfect balance between the needs of the company and the needs of the employees. A good boss has to be a leader inside the company because a person who possesses good leadership skills is someone who can be an effective and a good employer. Supervisors also need to realize that employees are humans and some things are of their control.
In addition, a boss should be a responsible person to provide confidence and security for workers of accompany. This person should have a positive attitude because it creates a pleasant working environment and employees feel confortable, interested and motivated to do their work. When a supervisor motives to their employees, they feel that they are an important part of the company and they have an excellent efficiency in their working activities.
In contrast, many people think that a good boss or supervisor should be very strict , rude and mean with the employees to be a symbol of authority and not to lose respect from them. THE NEGATIVE ASPECTS FOR TEENAGERS ABOUT HAVING A JOB AND TO STUDY AT THE SAME TIME
Today, it is a fact that economic situation around the world makes easier the quality of life and some people believe that teenagers must work to help their families with expenses even while they are still students.
I disagree with this point of view because I consider that when a teenager works, it can affect the emotional and physical part of him. It should also be noted that when some teenagers earn money they can drop up School or University because they think they do not have to study to survive.
First, teenagers are students that need to concentrate on their studies most of the time, and a job is a big responsibility for them that spend long time. For instance, if a teenager has to study for an exam and he is tired because he worked all night in a restaurant, it is probably that his grades will be bad.
In addition, student’s health can be affected because they do not have time to sleep for many responsibilities they have, and they have more stress than a student who does not work which explains why sometimes they look bad or sick.
Secondly, although one of the issues which the people is particularly concerned about is poverty, it should not be a reason for teenagers to decide to have a job while they are still students because they are going to be more dependent of money and that can be harmful for them and their families since that economic problems could be more important for them and they may reduce their attention to studies or even leave them.
For this situation, there are many teenagers who have been managed to get into problems of delinquency because their obsession for the money has not allowed them to finish their studies. And in the same way this particular situation is more common in teenagers marginalized by society.
Thirdly, some people disagree that a teenager should not get a job while he is studying, and they maintain that a job give responsibilities to people and teenagers can obtain experience to their professional life; and when teenagers have free time, the best option it is to get a job. However, I disagree with this because teenagers are not prepared for work.
I think they need a good education when they finish a career, they will be a more professional person.
Finally, teenagers that have a job lose the freedom of adolescence and they may even think that money is the most important thing in their lives, so I consider that a job is not the best for them because in addition to affect his health by the exhaustion of working and studying at the same time, teenagers not focus their attention on what is really important for them, I mean their education.
In conclusion, the best recommendation for all teenagers is not to work because although they get paid, they are going to suffering a lot. So it is not a good idea that teenagers have a job while they are still students.

Since the beginning of the XX century the human kind has experienced a lot of technological progress that has changed our way to live. Some people say that it has taken us to real caves, changing our family’s structures, our hobbies. But in my opinion the progress in general has changed our life easier.
Firs of all we have to talk about the worldwide progress, I am talking about the medicine, that has improved the quality of live and the life expectancy is higher because of this, like projects in Africa and the entire world fighting against new diseases like AIDS.
On the other hand progress has taken us to our beds, till the point that everything is automatic, you do not have to do much and just pressing a button, and actually in some houses the things are done just talking to a machine. Many people say that internet has make us really lazy, for example children do not look any more in a dictionary; they just turn on their laptops and search in internet.
Despite this, the progress has changed all our way to live, making it easier and much more comfortable. Another significant improvement is the sphere of telecommunications that gave us cell phones, beepers, chats and networks that makes easier get in touch with others.
To summarize Progress is good but this is not a reason not to take the dog for a walk, or practice a sport, or hang out with friend in somewhere, etc.

In an ever changing world, it is easy to forget what used to be the rule in the past, and looking backwards is sometimes considered as a fear of new things, but seeing what others have done and the outcome of those actions can help us to prevent ourselves from committing their mistakes. I think putting things in perspective and analyzing the past is the answer to achieve a better future for our children.
In a globalized world, the decisions made by others can affect us in a more direct way than it used to be in the past and it is important to take a look to the choices taken by others and avoid negative results in order to be more responsible with our community.
With just a superficial review of our history, we may notice how cyclic or iterative it is, but this does not have to keep this way; we have our destiny in our own hands and studying our past can really help us build a different and better future. The knowledge about which were the right and wrong judgments of others will help us to choose the best option for ourselves.
A new wave of innovators and people who refer themselves as vanguards, have stated that people should take historical information just as general culture. Furthermore, many have claimed that our current context is extremely different from the situations lived in the past. These allegations ignore completely the fact that the information we keep can only make sense when we use it as a base to make more conscious ant thoughtful decisions. Moreover, our history teaches us that most of the issues occurred in a particular period of history, share many similarities with several other important events that took place in a very different location, culture and time.

Those “serious” movies are somewhat special, because it lefts an important message on those who watched it. That message has the power to catch the public attention in a particular way obviously depending on the theme that develops the movie. For example movies like The Pianist, based on real events that happened on the holocaust of the second world wide war, was very popular and make the public think seriously about those horrible events, and how unnecessary it was to kill that amount of innocent people. Movies like that are designed to be serious.
However, the serious movie also can be attractive an entertaining to the audience. Those movies that touch controversial themes, themes that were untouchable in the past by de society are very popular in the audience. Those topics bring the people to the cinema. In addition, the themes could be very deep that catches people in the way that they do not what to miss any part of it. For example and is a very common one, Titanic, this movie lefts a wonderful message in every single person that watch’s it. Its not how many time you laugh are the cinema that measures how interesting or entertaining a movie is, it is what you will remember about it. That is the real intention of a “serious” movie.
