Since some time we can see that in Colombia there have been happened a series of children's murder by parents.
The most recently case that was presented was the murder of the child Luis Santiago, who was killed by his own father and it happened because the father didn't want to respond financially to the child.
These cases happens frequently because many women have relationships
with men and they don't analyze who they are, what they do and also don't know their family.
But it happenes in Colombia because the government doesn't punish severely people who commit the crimes, who usually make them a reduction of penalty for good behavior being free to continue committing all the evil they want.

i agree with you, i think that this case was so horrible and all the colombians felt the pain of his family.
this kind of murder must be paid in jail but no with reduction of penalty for good behavior they have to die in prision.
