It is clear; this world in that you and me live, it is a world in a continuous change. Each second, each minute, each hour, something has changed; a new child was born and other person died, a new project of construction is approved and one thousand or more of banking transactions was done in the different banks that exist.
Decisively, the business world changes a lot of every second. The companies in the search of be the best in the market, wants to be more competent. And in this moment shoot up the question, what is important for the good development of a company?. You can answer to this question with the expression: “that depends of the kind of the company!, if is the production of shoes, the production of clothes or if it is the service like a bank”. Well, maybe yes, but there things that decisively are important for a company.
Clients:
In fact an enterprise without clients is not nothing, work if you do not have to whom you can sell the production or service, it makes no sense!.
The creation of a company is due a necessity, somebody to whom can you sell is of vital importance.
Human Resources:
Identifying good people for work in the company is an important aspect. They must be responsible, hard working, dedicate and respectful, because if the employees do not have this qualities, this could be bring problems, like incomplete activities, bad environment in the place of the job, indiscipline between others things that finally contribute to an organizational disarray.
Increase the productivity:
Because the productivity is an index that is synonymous of resources optimization. Determinate the efficiency of a company in the utilization of resources.
To illustrate that, we analyze the situation: if we increase the production and work with the same resources or if decrease the cost of the resources and we have the same production or in the best of the cases, we increase the production and at the same time, decrease the cost of the resources that the company needs for the job.
Material Resources and Suppliers:
If you do not have the material essential, the company cannot works; this needs the raw material for start the process.
Communication:
This is a key in the process!. Usually you might that is not true, you could say: the communication is not very important for a company, but this affirmation is a big lie.
Alack of this aspect or even worse communication can create misunderstandings, therefore a bad operation of the system and a feeling of frustration in the employees. Besides, this is a decrease in the productivity.
To summarize there several thing that is important for the development of a company, even all is important! But in different levels, for example I could say than clients are more important than have an excellent edification for the company, because if they do not exist the company cannot work.
So, manage an enterprise is something complicates for the many things that you must pay attention.
