Nowadays, it is very important for a company has excellent supervisors that help to increase the productivity and the quality of the Organization. Besides, it is fundamental for a company has good workers that make great products and offer good services to people, because these are the support to maintain the Organization in the market. For this reason, it is essential for a big or a small company has a responsible, reliable and kind supervisors and bosses that create a good atmosphere in workplaces.

When a company has a good boss, it is probably that exist a perfect balance between the needs of the company and the needs of the employees. A good boss has to be a leader inside the company because a person who possesses good leadership skills is someone who can be an effective and a good employer. Supervisors also need to realize that employees are humans and some things are of their control.

In addition, a boss should be a responsible person to provide confidence and security for workers of accompany. This person should have a positive attitude because it creates a pleasant working environment and employees feel confortable, interested and motivated to do their work. When a supervisor motives to their employees, they feel that they are an important part of the company and they have an excellent efficiency in their working activities.

In contrast, many people think that a good boss or supervisor should be very strict , rude and mean with the employees to be a symbol of authority and not to lose respect from them. Nevertheless, these attitudes create an atmosphere of tension and pressure for all workers, producing mistakes in their workplaces and wasting effort, time and money for the Organization. In other words, nobody likes to work in a unbearable place.

Finally, a good boss has to be a person that listen to other people and put himself or herself in the shoes of their employees to improve what they really need to produce better results.
In conclusion, companies have to choose a responsible and friendly person as a supervisor to contribute to intensify the quality of the different processes and create an excellent working conditions to be a competitive Organization in the market and to improve the productivity of the company in general.
